- Small is recommended for anyone under 5"7 and slim or someone between 5"7-5'10 looking for a slim fit. the waist works for any waist between 26"-30". The outseam (length of the shorts is 34cm)

- Medium is recommended for anyone between 5"7 and 5"10 with a medium or lean build.   the waist works for any waist between 30"-34". The outseam (length of the shorts is 36cm)

- Large is recommended for anyone 5'10 and up with larger built legs or larger built people of any height. the waist works for any waist between 32"-36". The outseam (length of the shorts is 39cm)
