Change of Mind Return
Our Return Address is 730 Nicholson St, Fitzroy North, 3068, VIC, AUS
● We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase.
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
● Proof of purchase is required (your order number).
● Returns for change of mind will be issued as store credit or exchange unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty or Defective Items
● If your item is faulty, please contact us at simon@milkbarmelbourne.com with photos and your order number.
● We will assess the fault in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
● Where a fault is confirmed, we will send out a replacement, repair, or refund (as required under ACL).
● Minor variations in colour, size, or natural fabric characteristics may not be considered faults.
Shipping Costs for Returns
● Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time
● Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once received.
● Refunds will be returned to your original payment method, after which the banks may take an additional 5-10 business days to process.
● Store credit will be issued by email.
International Orders
● Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
● Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

● You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
● We ship from Melbourne, VIC using Australia Post.
● Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.
● Express options are available for an added fee at checkout
International Shipping
● We ship worldwide with Australia Post.
● Delivery times vary by country and typically take 7–21 business days.
● International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.
Tracking Your Order
● All parcels include tracking, which is emailed once your order has shipped.
● Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Missing Parcels
● Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of the postal carrier.
● If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your parcel:
○ Check safe drop locations, neighbours, or building managers. ○ Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
○ If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at simon@milkbarmelbourne.com. We will assist where possible, but resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation.
● We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered
Incorrect Address
● Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
● We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.
Shipping Costs
● Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
● Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
