What is a Size Consult?
A Size Consult is a complimentary in-person appointment where a member of the Milkbar team will help you find your ideal fit. You'll have the opportunity to try on garments, compare sizes, in person.
How long does the appointment take?
Appointments typically run for 20–30 minutes, and is available by Appointment Only.
Is there a cost?
No. Our Size Consult appointments are completely complimentary.
Can I try on different styles?
Absolutely. You're welcome to try on multiple products and sizes to find the fit that feels right for you, we'll do our best to have a wide range of stock on hand.
Can I purchase items during my appointment?
Yes. If you find something you like, you can purchase it on the day, subject to stock availability.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you can no longer make your appointment, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another customer by contacting adriana@milkbarmelbourne.com
Can I book a Size Consult for someone else?
Yes. Size Consults make a great gift. Simply book the appointment using their name and contact details.
What if the item I want isn't available?
If a particular size or style isn't available on the day, we'll let you know when it's expected back in stock or discuss alternative options with you.
Where do Size Consults take place?
Appointments are held at the Milkbar Office. Your booking confirmation will include the address and any arrival instructions.
