RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required (your order number) as well as Delivery Postal Code

Change of mind returns* including but not limited to Ordering the Wrong size, the colour Style/Fit not being what you expected, You change your mind about the Purchase, you found a Similar Item Elsewhere etc will be issued as store credit or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return postage, we’ll cover the cost of sending an exchange back.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a standard tracked service, express or prepaid return postage does not speed up processing, and returns are assessed in the order they are received. Pre-paid postage bags found inside returned orders will be disposed of, as we have our own shipping agreements in place.

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note, shipping rates are set by carriers and are entirely outside our control. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers in the following EU countries are entitled to a full refund for change of mind returns under applicable consumer protection law: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden.

Eligible customers may request a refund to their original payment method, store credit, or exchange, within 14 days of delivery as compliant with new EU legislation. As of June 23rd, 2026. Countries not listed above/Countries outside of the EU, are not eligible for a Refund to Original Payment method.

Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days once your return is received. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to process. Store credit is issued by email.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Minor variations in colour, size, or natural fabric characteristics are not considered faults.
PLEASE NOTE: CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Change of mind returns include ordering the wrong size, a style or fit that wasn't what you expected, or simply changing your mind about your purchase, these are issued as store credit or exchange (EU customers may be eligible for a refund).
