Shipping policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- During sales or busy periods, dispatch may take longer
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- We ship from Melbourne, VIC using Australia Post.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- Express options are available for an added fee at checkout.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide with Australia Post & DHL
- Delivery times vary by country and typically take 7–21 business days.
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges. At this time, Milkbar only covers domestic sales tax (e.g., VAT, GST, or US sales tax), not cross-border import fees. Contact your border force agency for more information on how this could effect you.
Tracking Your Order
- All parcels include tracking, which is emailed once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24-48 hrs for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Lost or Missing Parcels
- Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of the postal carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your parcel:
- Check safe drop locations, neighbours, or building managers. ○ Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at customerservice@milkbarmelbourne.com. We will assist where possible, but resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation.
- We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
- We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
