Waited Exchange
Waitlisted Exchange Terms & Conditions
A Waitlisted Exchange allows customers to return an eligible item and request an exchange for an item or size that is currently out of stock. Rather than selecting an alternative item immediately, Milkbar will hold the exchange request and fulfil it once the requested item is restocked. Please Note, that not all items will be able to receive a waited exchange option.

A Waitlisted Exchange is available for eligible returns only and remains subject to Milkbar’s standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.

The returned item must be received and approved by our team before a Waitlisted Exchange can be confirmed.

The requested item or size must be currently out of stock at the time the exchange is requested.

Once the requested item is restocked, Milkbar will arrange for the replacement item to be dispatched to the customer.

A Waitlisted Exchange does not guarantee a specific restock date. Restock timing is dependent on production, inventory and supplier availability.

The customer’s exchange will remain on the waitlist for a maximum of 60 days from the date the return is processed.

If the requested item has not been restocked within 60 days, the customer may choose to:

Exchange for another available item or size;

Receive store credit; or
-
Receive a refund, where applicable under Milkbar’s Returns Policy.

If the requested item becomes available within the 60-day period, the exchange will be processed automatically unless the customer has contacted Milkbar to request an alternative option.

Waitlisted items are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is restocked but sells out again before the exchange can be fulfilled, Milkbar will contact the customer to arrange an alternative resolution.

Waitlisted Exchanges cannot be transferred to another customer or order.

Customers may contact Milkbar at any time during the wait period to request an update on their exchange.

Choosing a Waitlisted Exchange means the customer agrees to wait for the requested item to become available rather than receiving an immediate exchange.

Milkbar reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Waitlisted Exchange option at any time. Any existing approved Waitlisted Exchanges will continue to be handled in accordance with the terms applicable at the time the exchange was accepted.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
