How your order gets to you

We pack your order Within 1–2 business days. Sale periods and new product launches can add processing days outside our control. Choosing express doesn't change processing time.
It ships and you get tracking We email your tracking link as soon as it ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
It's on its way Delivery takes the time shown in your delivery details above, depending on where you are and the shipping option you chose.
Delivered Once dispatched, parcels are the carrier's responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Duties & taxes

All international orders ship duties paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are included in your order total, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

We're not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

I entered the wrong address

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We can't take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

My tracking hasn't updated

If there's no update for 5 business days, contact the shipping carrier.
